About Celtic Consultancy
I am a professionally trained and qualified integrative counsellor and I provide a confidential and non-judgemental service to explore your issues and to support your personal development.
I use the skills and techniques of more than one therapy, such as person-centred, cognitive behaviour and psychodynamic therapies, as I believe strongly that no single approach works for every client in every situation.
I have over 30 years of experience within the care and voluntary sectors which enables me to work with people who have a wide range of experiences, backgrounds, problems and needs.I work with children, young people and adults. I am also a volunteer counsellor and trainer for Cruse Bereavement Care and have regular supervision with an experienced counsellor/supervisor who is qualified in working with children, young people and adults.
I am experienced in counselling for anxiety, stress management, emotional issues, depression, relationship problems, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, sexual abuse and addictions.
I specialise in all aspects of bereavement and loss including 'pre' bereavement, anticipated grief, suicide and complex grief.
I am an accredited member of the Counselling Society and working towards accreditation with the BACP.
